Detailed description of the data product

An XML data product containing MCMC chains fits tables from the LensMC method, for all objects within a given tile. This is one of the final outputs of the Shear Reconciliation pipeline, and will be passed on to LE3.

This product will contain the following catalogContainer object pointing to a fits binary table:

• LensMcChains

Since the storage is a binary table, the table and its header will be stored in the first extension, with the primary HDU being a default, empty image.

This table has the same format as that used by sheLensMcChains, except with the possibility of multiple entries in the table for some objects, due to them being present in multiple observations.
